Zluri Updates (October): Action Scheduling, Due In Date For Playbooks, Reconnect Flow For Primary Source Integrations

As October comes to an end, it's time to roll out some latest product updates from Zluri. Here's the first look at what we have in store for you this month.

Zluri prides itself on its workflows feature, which aims to automate SaaS Operations while bringing in efficiency. This month we made several improvements in our workflow and automation module.

Schedule Action

Giving you more control on when to run an action is our ‘Schedule Action’ feature. Admins  can schedule an action to be run after a specific interval. You  can now selectively add a delay to run any action (automated/manual) to satisfy different use cases, building more custom and complex workflows.

Approve action


User can now selectively add an approver(maximum single for a single action) on any action (automated/manual) to set up an approval layer prior provisioning and de-provisioning and satisfy different use cases, building more custom and complex workflows

Assignee gets notified on different periods, and action gets canceled on inactivity

The assignee will now get notified when

1. A task is assigned to them

2. 24 hrs are left on the due date

3. 47 hrs elapsed after the due date to warn about the cancellation

4. Auto cancellation due to inactivity in 48hrs (1hr after mail 3)

To enhance the reusability of a playbook, users can now add a referential due date instead of an exact static due date.

List of disconnected integrations

Finding all disconnected/error instances of integrations in just a filter away improves the user experience furthermore. Go to connected integration and add the filter 'Show disconnected' or 'Show Error' to try this.

Role-based approvers(private beta)

Admins can set up app requisition automation rules where certain roles (app owner, reporting manager, etc.) can be configured as approvers, which will change dynamically depending on what's been set up on Zluri

Request application role(private beta)

Employees will be able to specify if there are any specific application roles, such as admin, user, or viewer access, that they need while raising a license request

Add new approvers to live request( beta)

Once a licence request is submitted, approvers and admins will have the option to assign new approvers to the request in addition to the auto-filled list of approvers from the automation rule that's been set up

Admin actions( beta)

Admins will have the option to approve or reject a licence request on behalf of an approver, override another approver's rejection, and cancel procurement for an approved licence, along with the ability to undo all of their own actions

Remove licence access after subscription( beta)

When configuring an automation rule, admins will be able to select a deprovisioning action, which can be assigning a manual task or running an offboarding playbook, to run after the subscription duration has ended, which will automatically deprovision the requested licence for the user and run other relevant actions (remove from group, remove from project, remove from channel, etc.) if needed

Audit Logs

The new Audit Logs section of Zluri allows you to view a full history of all actions taken inside your Zluri instance, and more granular details about them. These records can help you monitor activity on your domain, get a full picture of actions being taken by users, integrations, and workflows, and stay informed of the changes and the trail of changes. Unlike other applications, which delete logs after a period of time, your Audit Log is stored in Zluri for as long as you are a customer.
