Zluri Updates (September): True up and downs in Licenses, Improved Source Filter, Google SSO Login

As September draws to a close, it's time to bring you some latest product updates from Zluri. Let's look at what we have in store for you this month.

True up & True Downs in Licenses:

Zluri contract management module has upgraded to support true ups & downs. You can use multiple line items for a single license with different start & end dates and costs per license. The total cost per license will be calculated accordingly, and license assignment will be based on available quantities at any point in time. Also, Zluri's license processing will automatically adjust the quantities by creating actual up/down groups when you select auto-adjust for a subscription. This will give you accurate cost calculation and license utilization at any point in time.

Amortization Settings in Licenses:

Amortizing the cost of a contract is essential for financial auditing. Zluri offers you the control over how you wish to amortize the cost. By default, it should be monthly. But you can also select quarterly, yearly, and financial years here. You will be able to see the cost distributed across the entire duration of the contract based on these settings.

Improvement in Source Filter

We have improved the filter to allow you to filter based on source and at an integration instance level when multiple instances of a single application are connected.

Google SSO

After adding SAML login to Zluri last month, we added the Google SSO login. You can configure Google login from the SSO section in the settings tab. Multiple steps have to be followed to configure Google SSO, which you can find in the help article. In addition, you can reach out to the customer success team if you wish to enable Google SSO for your organization.

Integrations

This month we have added 31 new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.

With out-of-box integration with these applications, you will get visibility into their usage, users, and the value it brings to your organization.
