How Bluebat Games Replaced Outdated Spreadsheets With Zluri's SMP

Bluebat Games is a subsidiary of Austrian online gaming powerhouse Greentube, started in 2011 in Vancouver. Bluebat is the proud creator of Greentube Pro, a white label social casino platform that makes mobile players stay connected to their favorite casinos whenever they wish to. Challenge

Bluebat had invested in a variety of SaaS applications to get their day-to-day work covered. They were tracking SaaS utilization and spending through emails and spreadsheets. However, with their SaaS stack growing beyond control, some tasks like mapping transactions were impossible, making it difficult to forecast future budget analysis. In addition, they were spending a lot more time than required on manual SaaS operations.

"We used to manage SaaS applications directly with each provider, but with a lot of different applications, it started becoming a daily challenge. Also, onboarding and offboarding users became inefficient without a clear view of the SaaS applications we own", said Adam Young, CTO, BlueBat Games.

Solution

Zluri was able to show immediate results by discovering Bluebat's entire SaaS stack and shed light on what all applications were being logged into using their organizational log-in.

Zluri was also able to automate most of the SaaS operations, including mapping transactions, and saved plenty of person-hours for Bluebat.
