Building ERP Tools For Customer Retention with Victor Seca, CRM Manager at Olist

Victor Seca, CRM Manager at Olist, joins host Ishaan Shakunt on the latest episode of Hack a Stack: The Saas Tech Stack Show. 

As a CRM expert, Victor saw that collecting data is still the most important part of running a successful business. He is a subject matter expert in the field, having worked for several companies throughout his career; he is the immediate past CRM Manager at PicPay. As the CRM Manager, he is tasked with designing strategies for increasing customer retention in the company. Victor has a degree in Administration Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management.    

Victor talks about how he has contributed to the growth of Olist. He shares his thoughts on the best customer retention strategies, explaining the value of ERM tools in business growth. He also discusses building an ERP tool and how it differs from a CRM tool. 

Victor emphasizes that for a business to grow exponentially, it is important to have other data banks for customers to use.
