He has over fifteen years of experience in roles as diverse as Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Cloud, Security, and Mobility while working with leading SaaS companies. His passion is driven by his belief that human relationships will remain the biggest currency for several decades, and technology must amplify customer experience at every touchpoint.
He shares insights on CMS tech stacks that build websites which create unique buyer personas for every visitor, and the entire website gets personalized for each personas journey. This personalization helps in increasing conversion rates. “Customers are impatient; they don’t want to search for relevant content on a website. Instead, they want the relevant content to come to them.”
Akhil also touches on the need for one scalable and customizable CRM for an organization. He highlights how large enterprises often have multiple CRMs, and data being stored in silos hinders implementing a unified CX strategy.
