2025 started with a promise: listen harder, build better, ship faster.
It became the year we sharpened our product strategy around a single priority: enhancing our IGA platform to better address the identity challenges customers face today.
Across the industry, identity challenges were evolving faster than traditional tools could support. Organizations were adopting AI-driven applications at breakneck speed, managing surges in contractors and machine identities, and facing compliance expectations that demanded real-time control. Static reviews, manual provisioning, and fragmented visibility were no longer enough to maintain control or meet today’s compliance expectations.
These shifts shaped our focus. IT and security teams needed clear visibility into every identity and application, automated requests, and lifecycle workflows that removed manual effort and streamlined access review experience. They needed governance that adapts to modern environments, reduces operational load, and strengthens security without slowing teams down.
So we built our platform toward that need. Across Access Discovery, Access Requests, Access Management, and Access Reviews, we shipped 425+ features, each built around real customer needs.
Here’s a summary of what we shipped in 2025
What We Shipped in 2025
Access Discovery Updates
- Complete Visibility into AI Apps with G2 Taxonomy: Discover all AI apps in use across your firm, auto-classified into 37+ categories, powered by G2’s taxonomy. Get instant alerts on restricted apps and automatically block unauthorized access.
- Scheduled App Automations: Automate app classification and metadata updates with rule-based workflows that run daily or on demand to keep app attributes such as authorization status, owners, and custom fields up to date without manual effort.

Platform and Integration Updates
- 12 New Integrations

- SDK: Connect any application to Zluri with SDKs, supporting custom and legacy apps with full entity coverage, plus a new Developer Portal featuring documentation, code samples, and improved debugging.
- Custom Roles: Create, edit, duplicate, and archive custom roles. Assign fine-grained permissions at module and sub-feature levels with read/write controls to manage roles and assignments through a simplified, enhanced admin interface.
- Zluri 2.0: A completely redesigned platform with unified layouts, simplified navigation, enhanced visual insights, and improved tables and filters, rebuilt from the ground up for a faster, more intuitive experience.

Access Requests Updates
- Group and Multi-Level Approvals: Configure group-based and multi-user approvals using SSO groups, local groups, roles, or individual users to route access requests through various departments for faster decisions.
- License and Role Configuration for Access Requests: Configure licenses and roles for each app that appears in our app catalog and Slackbot dropdowns, enabling smart search and conditional approval workflows based on user selections.
- Global Playbooks for Access Request Rules: Automate access request workflows with global playbooks that support Jira ticket creation, HTTP actions, external triggers, and centralized manual task management.
