Zluri Updates (November 2022): Bulk License Mapping, Workflow Automation

Product Update (November)

It's a new month again; with that, it's time for our latest set of updates that we have brought into the platform. Let’s go through them to understand how Zluri has made SaaS Management easier for you.

Bulk licence mapping:

Zluri automates licence mapping for all the applications where the information is available through APIs. However, there are some applications that do not support direct integration due to a lack of APIs. To cover those cases, you can now download the list of users along with their licenses from the respective applications and upload them in Zluri application.

License Utilisation (Beta):

Now you can get the breakup of each license’s utilization on the license page itself, giving you the unassigned, unused, and underused breakup licenses and the potential savings on these licenses.

Improvements in days filter:

Relative dates can now be selected & saved for any date range-related filter, Which helps you get the most relevant information through your custom views.

Silent Deployment of agents

Zluri’s browser & desktop agents are an important part of its discovery method preferred by many organisations. Now the adoption of agents has become easier with the silent authentication of its Max and Chrome agents. The Chrome agent can be silently pushed through the Google workspace admin console or any MDM like Jamf or Kandji. Similarly, the mac agent can be pushed through the MDMs.

Workflows & Automation

Notify the assignee to onboard/offboard a user marked for onboarding/offboarding.

Now users will get an email notification if an onboarding/offboarding is assigned to them when a user is marked from the user's screen, along with reminders of onboarding/offboarding every 24hrs before the due date.

Post actions for add/remove users with defaulted checkbox

Users can enable adding the user to zluri's system instantly on the success of action instead of waiting for 24-48 hrs for sync to happen. Other data for the user gets populated after the next sync.

Mark manual tasks as completed and canceled from the admin dashboard

Users can now mark manual tasks which are pending on an assignee as completed or canceled directly from the admin dashboard in recent runs. They can also cancel all pending manual tasks with a single button.

This month we have added three new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.With out-of-box integration with these applications, you will get visibility into their usage, users, and the value it brings to your organization.
