Zluri Updates (February): Upgraded Applications, Upgraded Users and Restricted App Emails

Every month constantly reminds us about how Zluri is growing as a product with the new set of enhancements. We have rolled out some new features for this month too! Check it out!

Upgraded Applications

Zluri makes it easier to discover & manage your SaaS stack with the new upgraded view. You can view all the managed, unmanaged, restricted & under-review applications in separate tabs and can also set the authorization status of any app with the click of a single button.

Upgraded Users

Visualizing users is also easier now as all the users can be organized across different tabs into these categories: employees, group accounts, service accounts & external users. You can keep track of all the users marked for onboarding/offboarding in respective tabs as well.

Upgraded Transactions

Our transaction module has also been upgraded. It now includes custom sorts, filters & columns. This makes it easier to find any transactional information you would want to search.

Payment Term for Licenses

From now on, you can choose a payment term for each license, independent of contract payment terms. Selecting payment terms for each license gives you much more control over the cost calculation when it comes to calculating the cost of licenses with precision.

Restricted App Emails

Wish to notify all users of restricted applications to refrain from using those apps? We heard you. Now you can enable the ‘Restricted app alerts for employees’ notification & Zluri will notify the users whenever they try to access a restricted application.

This month we have added 13 new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.

With our integration with these applications, you will be able to get visibility into their usage, users and the value it brings to your organization
