Manual onboarding/offboarding across multiple tools (Slack, Jira, Hubspot) was error-prone, time-consuming (30 minutes per user), and not audit-friendly. Additionally, archived accounts were retained longer than necessary, leading to unnecessary license costs and compliance risks.
