Introducing Zluri APIs - Extensibility Beyond Integrations That Aren’t Off-the-Shelf

Zluri APIs can be called from internal and external applications to create a bridge that helps assign licenses, manage contracts, and a lot more!

We understand how important it is for IT teams to get granular control into every application that matters in the organization, which is why we’ve built the largest catalog of integrations in the market today.

But we know we can’t cover every application out there ourselves. So we built you some help.

Zluri’s APIs are here to help bridge the gap between what’s available off the shelf and the apps and data you need that might not be directly accessible.

1. Integrating and managing internal applications

You’ll be able to connect directly to any internal application if that app also has its own set of APIs. Once the integration has been established, you can assign users to that application in Zluri and manage and oversee.

So instead of having two separate entities for internal apps and vendors, your application management is completely unified in Zluri.

2. Integrating & managing applications not in our catalog

We’ve created Zluri API endpoints where you can control applications that might not have off-the-shelf integrations but have exposable APIs. You can assign or remove licenses of the application to users or add a user to a specific application.

So now, even if we might not have an integration for a specific application, you can still take control and stay informed of any changes within Zluri itself.

3. Auto-sync your contracts without lifting a finger

You can sync information from your CLM tool with Zluri simply by calling our APIs without having to do tedious manual entries or document and CSV uploads

Simply establish a connection with your system and watch it flow into Zluri seamlessly. You can add contracts into Zluri with or without any linked documents or integrate stand-alone contract upload sessions.

As we continue to build more capabilities, you’ll be able to perform multiple actions with a high degree of flexibility.

4. Zero-touch actions without logging in!

Let's say you’re a little cut for time and don’t want to spend time getting or updating certain data on Zluri. Now with APIs, you don’t have to. You can pull application information based on any criteria that you want, update user status automatically when there is a change in your user database & even modify user roles and permissions as well for specific apps

This saves a ton of time and ensures all your user information is in sync automatically.
