Zluri Updates (June): Automation Rules, Download Licences & Contracts , Integration Admin Role

It's almost the end of June, and we are eager to show you the new set of features we have released. Let us walk you through this month's product updates to help familiarize yourself with the features that we have released this month.

Automation Rules

Our workflow module's next big enhancement is "The automation rules." Now you can create rules that trigger automatically when an event happens and run a playbook. This cuts the manual effort from your SaaS Operations tasks. 

Automation rules have three components, a trigger, a condition, and an action. A trigger is an event that initiates an automation rule. You can set some conditions that will be checked in the event of a trigger, and then the action will run if the conditions are satisfied. 

For example, you can create department or designation-specific rules to run onboarding or offboarding playbooks when a new employee joins or leaves a department.

Download Licences & Contracts

Zluri allows you to manage all your contracts in one place. You may want to download the contracts to view the information offline. Now you can download all your licenses, subscriptions, contracts & perpetual information in a CSV file. The file will be sent to you in your mailbox.

Automatic Application Authorization

Zluri allows you to bucket your SaaS application into managed and unmanaged applications. Earlier, you had to manually classify the applications but now Zluri automatically marks the integrated applications as ‘centrally managed’ and assigns the owner as the one who integrated the application. 

Integration Admin Role

Wish to invite an admin just to connect or monitor the status of an integration? Now you can add a user with the integration admin role in the Zluri dashboard. This integration admin will have access to the integrations and workflow modules.

Select all in the Transactions Module

Previously the bulk edit option in transactions allowed you to select the transactions on a single page. But now, you can select all transactions and edit them all at once.

Apart from the above listed, we have also done a few minor enhancements in the users & application module to improve user experience.

Integrations

This month we have added 22 new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.

With out-of-box integration with these applications, you will get visibility into their usage, users, and the value it brings to your organization.
