Zluri Updates (October): New Security & Compliance Module & License Optimization Report

Welcome to the latest edition of Zluri's product updates. Here is a rundown of all the new features that we have rolled out this month to improve your SaaS management experience.

Security & Compliance

Zluri's security module has got an upgrade. Previously, Zluri gave detailed insights into each user-application relationship with the risk level of scopes the applications have access to.

Now, apart from this, Zluri considers the security analysis data from various third-party websites like ssllabs, immuniweb, etc., and monitors security incidents impacting your SaaS applications to give you a 360-degree view of SaaS security.

In addition, Zluri gives you a status overview of every application with over 30+ global compliance requirements.

 Notification Engine

Zluri has just got more intelligent with the newly launched Notifications engine. Now you can get notifications about unused licenses, risk-sensitive applications & users, upcoming renewals, along with daily & weekly summaries. We are constantly improving our Notifications engine to make it more useful & more actionable.

Multiple Views

Zluri now enables you to view details you want to see with multiple views. Change the view type from default to see the spend, usage, security, or renewal details of all applications at the click of a button.

License Optimization Report

From Zluri, now you can get the license optimization report for any application. This report will give you the list of application's users, when did they last use it, their license details & the source of data. This is a step ahead in our promise to optimize your SaaS landscape and remove unused licenses.

Contract Export

A common request we had from our clients was an option to export all contract data. Well, here it is. Now you can export all your contract data into a CSV format to analyze it offline.

Just click the ‘Export’ button and select the fields. We will mail you the report when it is ready to be downloaded.

Detailed Application Metadata

Now you get detailed application metadata in the zluri dashboard. This gives you complete visibility into each applications’ users, usage, spend, risk status, vendors & contract in a single view. 

Detailed User Metadata

Similar to application metadata, you can get detailed user metadata in the Zluri dashboard. The user metadata includes when the user was discovered, the number of apps the user uses, & the user's risk sensitivity.

Multi Licensing & Bulk Assign License

Now you can assign multiple licenses to a single user. This will help you keep track of all the licenses & users in a single place. Also, you can assign/unassign licenses in bulk.

Sign up with Google/Microsoft

Our sign-up process has got more seamless with the option to sign up with a Google/Microsoft account. 

Integrations

This month we have added a whopping 55 apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations. Here is the list.

1. Gurobi

With direct integration of Gurobi, you can get detailed utilization metrics from your Gurobi instance.

2. Microsoft Cloud App Security

Microsoft Cloud App Security integration will be able to fetch a list of activities from Microsoft Cloud App Security & present you a holistic security view of your SaaS environment.

3. BitWarden

Bitwarden is a free and open-source password management service that stores sensitive information such as website credentials in an encrypted vault. With our integration with Bitwarden, you will be able to view the list of users using Bitwarden in the Zluri dashboard.

4. Teamviewer

You will gain complete visibility into your Teamviewer usage with our new Teamviewer integration.

5. Infusionsoft

Infusionsoft offers an email marketing and sales platform for small businesses, including products to manage customers, customer relationship management, marketing, and e-commerce. With direct integration with Infusionsoft, you will be able to view the list of users & how frequently they use Infusionsoft in your Zluri dashboard.

6. Discourse

Using discourse to build a community around your business? We have heard you. You can get detailed insights into your Discourse usage through Zluri now.

7. Notion

Notion is a popular tool that blends many of our daily used applications into one. With direct integration with Notion, you will be able to get visibility into your organization's Notion usage.

8. Articulate 360

Wish to track & manage your Articulate users from Zluri Dashboard? Now you can connect Articulate with Zluri to get a complete view of the list of users & their activity on Articulate from our dashboard.

9. MuleSoft

Our integration with MuleSoft lets you manage & monitor your MuleSoft users from the Zluri dashboard.

10. Delighted

You can get complete visibility into your organization’s Delighted users & usage through our direct integration with Delighted.

11. Pluralsight Skills

Are you using Pluralsight Skills to enhance your staffs’ skills? We have good news for you. You can track your Pluralsight Skills users & usage from the Zluri dashboard.

12. Mixmax

Mixmax is an email communication and sales productivity application designed to help businesses convert prospects into customers using one-to-one communication, personalized email, workflow automation, email tracking, email templates, CRM sync, one-click scheduling, nurture sequences, and more. With our direct integration with Mixmax, you can get complete visibility into your organization's Mixmax instance.

13. Aha!

Integrating Zluri with Aha! will give you visibility into your Aha!'s instance, users, usage & licenses. 

14. Deputy

You can monitor Deputy users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with Deputy.

15. Google Maps

Integrating Google Maps with Zluri will help you monitor the number of Google Maps API calls from the Zluri dashboard.

16. Statuspage.io

Now you can get complete visibility into your Statuspage.io app usage through our direct integration with Statuspage.io. Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Statuspage.io instance will help you monitor Statuspage.io users & usage and optimize the app licenses.

17. Facebook Ads

Zluri-Facebook Ads integration provides you with detailed insights into how much value you are getting from your Facebook Ads. 

18. Freshteam

Freshteams is one of the most popular HCM systems in the world. Integrating with Freshteams will fetch the list of employees & their departments into Zluri, which in turn, will give you accurate insights into each department's usage of SaaS apps & spends. We are also introducing workflows to automate user onboarding & offboarding processes.

19. Auth0

With direct integration with Auth0, you will be able to get detailed insights into your Auth0 usage.

20. Sonarqube

You can manage your Sonarqube users from the Zluri dashboard with our new Sonarqube integration.

21. Livestorm

Our Livestorm integration gives you visibility into the users of Livestorm in your organization. Soon you will be able to view metrics about Livestorm usage too in the Zluri Dashboard.

22. Netlify

Netlify is also available for direct integration with Zluri. So now you can get visibility into the usage of Netlify in your organization.

23. Lokalise

With our Lokalise integration, you can manage Lokalise users & usage right from the Zluri dashboard.

24. Slack Enterprise

We had released slack integration earlier. If you are an enterprise grid customer, you can integrate Slack with Zluri too. This will give you detailed insights into how much value you are getting out of your Slack Enterprise subscription.

25. DOMO

You can get complete visibility into your DOMO users & usage through our direct integration with DOMO.

26. Heroku

Integrating Zluri with Heroku will give you visibility into your Heroku instance, users, usage & licenses. 

27. New Relic

You can monitor New Relic users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with New Relic.

28. Stackpath

You can monitor Stackpath usage across your organization through our direct integration with Stackpath.

29. Social report

Wish to track & manage your organization’s Socialreport users from Zluri Dashboard? Now you can connect Socialreport to Zluri to get a complete view of the list of users & their activity on Socialreport from our dashboard.

30. Jfrog

Integrating Zluri with JFrog will give you visibility into your JFrog instance, users, usage & licenses. 

31. Hibob HRIS

Hibob integration works similar to Zoho People. Integrating with Hibob will keep Zluri in sync with your HRMS & you can run automated employee onboarding & offboarding workflows through the integration.

32. Sophos

Integrating Zluri with Sophos will help you discover Sophos users & usage from the Zluri dashboard.

33. Knowbe4

Wondering how efficiently your team collaborates on Knowbe4? Zluri now gives you the integration to enable you to get detailed usage statistics in its dashboard.

34. LogMeIn

Integrating LogMeIn with Zluri will help you manage its users from the Zluri dashboard. You will be able to see how frequently they log in to the application, identify inactive users & optimize licenses.

35. Clevertap

You can monitor Clevertap users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with Clevertap.

36. EngageBay

Zluri will help you know how much value you are getting from your Engagebay subscription through direct integration.

37. Close

Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Close instance will help you monitor Close users and app usage and optimize the licenses.

38. OnePageCRM

Our OnePageCRM integration gives you visibility into the users of OnePageCRM in your organization. Soon you will be able to view metrics about OnePageCRM usage too in the Zluri Dashboard.

39. HelpDesk

Now you can monitor HelpDesk users & usage through our app.

40. Gorgias

With our Gorgias integration, you can manage Gorgias users & usage right from the Zluri dashboard.

41. Cisco Umbrella

Zluri’s integration with Cisco Umbrella lets you manage & monitor your Trello users from the Zluri dashboard.

42. WixAnswers

Now you can get complete visibility into your WixAnswers usage through our direct integration with Insightly. Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Wix Answers instance will help you monitor Insightly users and usage and optimize the app licenses.

Integrating Zluri with Teamwork Desk will give you visibility into your Cisco Meraki's instance, users, usage & licenses.

You can monitor 15Five users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with 15Five.

50. Vivantio

Now you can get complete visibility into your Vivantio usage through our direct integration with Vivantio. Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Vivantio instance will help you monitor Vivantio users & usage and optimize the app licenses.

51. Salesloft

Zluri-Salesloft integration provides you with detailed insights into how much value you are getting from your Salesloft subscription. In addition, authorizing Zluri to connect to your Fireflies instance will help you monitor Fireflies users & app usage and optimize the licenses.

52. Bluejeans

You can monitor Bluejeans usage across your organization through our direct integration with Bluejeans.

53. Egnyte

Wish to track & manage your organization’s Egnyte users from Zluri Dashboard? Now you can connect Egnyte to Zluri to get a complete view of the list of users & their activity on Egnyte from our dashboard.

54. Zoho Analytics

Integrating Zluri with Zoho Analytics will give you visibility into your Zoho Analytics instance, users, usage & licenses. 

55. Alfresco Content Services

Our alfresco content service integration will give you insights into how much value you are getting from the Alfresco Content Services subscription.
