Access Tableau Cloud as a site administrator and proceed to the settings page. Within this section, activate personal access tokens and specify the desired expiration period according to your preferences.

Step 3: Create Your Personal Access Token

Navigate to your profile and subsequently select my account settings. Under the segment dedicated to personal access tokens, assign a recognizable name for your token within the designated token name field.
