Zluri Updates (March): Global Search, License/Contract Discount and Bulk Edit Licenses

Hey Zlurians,

The month of spring has bloomed some new features and enhancements at Zluri to make your SaaS Management journey finer. Here is what we have got for you.

Global Search

We have improved our global search to filter out entities you wish to search. Now you can select the entity, like application, users, departments & integrations before searching & only the relevant search results will appear.

License/Contract Discount

Received a discount in a contract and wish to factor it into the calculation of contract cost in Zluri? Well, We heard you. You can enter a discount either in terms of percentage or amount at the license level or at a contract level.

Filters for Financial Integrations

Zluri gives you more control in terms of what data you wish to fetch from the financial integrations. You can select the account types & transaction types to bring from QuickBooks. Similarly, in Xero, you can choose the tenant name, account type & transaction type.

Bulk Edit Licenses

We have added bulk edit options to licenses. Now you can bulk archive/delete licenses that you no longer need.

Complete Manual Tasks

Zluri workflows allow users to create & assign manual tasks for actions that can’t be automated. Now, all the manual tasks can be marked as completed at once.

Integrations

This month we have added 14 new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.

With our integration with these applications, you will be able to get visibility into their usage, users and the value it brings to your organization
