Zluri Updates (November): User Merging, 2 Factor Authentication & Primary Source Selector

Hey Zlurians,

Zluri's main motto is to make SaaS management easy peasy lemon squeezy for our users. That's why we put in our best every day to set out new features and improvements every month. This month also we have updated Zluri with some valuable features that can help you ace SaaS Management. Let's have a look at them!

User Merging

Let’s say you have multiple email ids for a single user—one for G Suite and another Microsoft apps and services, but you wish to track both of the mail ids as one user. Now, you can merge those two into one. This feature will present the consolidated usage of both emails under a single user.

2 Factor Authentication

Logging in to Zluri is now more secure with multi-factor authentication. You can select to protect your account by an OTP sent to your mobile or email. You can also use third-party authenticator apps to add an additional layer of security to your app.

Primary Source Selector

Zluri gives you complete control over choosing the source for your organization's data. You can select the primary sources for employee designation, department, profile image, etc., from the list of all connected sources.

Email Aliases

Have multiple email aliases in the Google Workspace account and wish to track them effectively? Fret not! Zluri now supports email aliases. In the dashboard, you can view the aliases along with the source they have been identified from.

External User

Have too many guest users on your domain and wish to track them differently? Now you can! Zluri automatically identifies the external users (i.e., users with different domain names from your trusted domains) and displays them with an 'external' indicator. You can also filter and view the external users in the dashboard.
