Zluri Updates (September): Granular Authorization Types, Security Filters, & Vendors Contracts

Hello Zlurians,

Zluri blooms bigger and better every month with its exciting feature releases and many more direct integrations to solve your challenges in SaaS management. Here is what we have brought in this month. 

Multiple Instances Connection

Through Zluri, now you can connect multiple instances of the same application. Connecting all application instances will provide the aggregated data for the application across multiple instances and will help you understand usage, analyze spend & optimize licenses more effectively. This furthers adds up to our commitment to give you complete visibility into your SaaS landscape.

Scheduled Exports & Reports

Getting the data that you need is very important. But getting data when you need it is equally important too. By scheduling a report to run just once or at a recurring interval with Zluri, you can now get data you need at your fingertips when you need it. 

Granular Authorization Types

We have included more states to application authorization types. You can select whether an application is centrally managed, team-managed, or individually managed while setting it as authorized. You can segregate unmanaged applications too.

Agents Dashboard

The status of our browser agents is now visible inside the application. You can view how many users have installed the extensions & also send them an email prompt to install the extension from your dashboard.

User Groups

Many organizations use group ids (one set of credentials) to give access to multiple employees for saving licensing costs. In such cases, keeping track of the usage & spend becomes difficult as there is no single person to attribute the usage & spend to. 

Now, Zluri solves this problem by allowing you to mark an account as a group account. You can add multiple users to the group account to distribute the usage & spend across all users equally.

Filters in User Applications & Application Users Screen

Data is easier to visualize when you can play around with it. 

Now you can filter data through User > Applications or Applications > Users screen to drill it down further. 

You can select the columns too which you want to see on the screen.

Security Filters

We have added filters & columns view to security screens too. Now you can filter the risk-sensitive apps by status, application name, risk level, etc. 

Vendor Contracts

Now, you can keep track of all contracts related to a single vendor with the new Vendor > Contracts screen. 

New Direct Integrations

This month we added 35 new integrations to our library. Here is the list.

1. Google Workspace (Service Account)

Now you can connect to your Google Workspace instance through the service account. It's just another way to connect with your Google Workspace instance and get complete visibility over your organization's SaaS usage.

2. JetBrains Hub

JetBrains Hub is a server that handles authentication, authorization, users, groups, permissions, and projects across multiple installations of JetBrains team tools. If you are using JetBrains Hub, you will be able to manage & monitor JetBrains Hub users through your Zluri dashboard.

3. Zoho People

Zoho People is one of the most popular HCM systems in the world. Integrating with Zoho People will fetch the list of employees & their departments into Zluri, which in turn, will give you accurate insights into each department's usage of SaaS apps & spends. We are also introducing workflows to automate user onboarding & offboarding processes.

4. BreatheHR

BreatheHR integration works similar to Zoho People. Integrating with BreatheHR will keep Zluri in sync with your HRMS & you can run automated employee onboarding & onboarding workflows through the integration.

5. Flock

Wish to track & manage your Flock users from Zluri Dashboard? Now you can connect Flock with Zluri to get a complete view of the list of users & their activity on Flock from our dashboard.

6. MongoDB

MongoDB is one of the most popular NoSQL databases out there. Our integration with MongoDB lets you manage & monitor your MongoDB users from the Zluri dashboard.

7. Informatica

You can get complete visibility into your organization’s Informatica users & usage through our direct integration with Informatica.

8. BugHerd

Are you using BugHerd for visual feedback? We have good news for you. You can track your BugHerd instance's users & usage from the Zluri dashboard.

9. Cisco Meraki

Integrating Zluri with Cisco Meraki will give you visibility into your Cisco Meraki's instance, users, usage & licenses. 

10. Planview Leankit

You can monitor Planview Leankit users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with Planview Leankit.

11. Timely App

Now you can get complete visibility into your Timely App usage through our direct integration with Timely. Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Timely instance will help you monitor Timely users & usage and optimize the app licenses.

12. Fireflies.ai

Zluri-Fireflies integration provides you with detailed insights into how much value you are getting from your Fireflies subscription. Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Fireflies instance will help you monitor Fireflies users & app usage and optimize the licenses.

13. WordPress

You can manage your WordPress users from the Zluri dashboard with our new WordPress integration.

14. Pingdom

Our Pingdom integration gives you visibility into the users of Pingdom in your organization. Soon you will be able to view metrics about Pingdom usage too in the Zluri Dashboard.

15. Smartsheet

Smartsheet is also available for direct integration with Zluri. Now you can get visibility into the usage of Smartsheet in your organization.

16. Victorops

With our Victorops integration, you can manage Victorops users & usage right from the Zluri dashboard.

17. Jamf

Now you can get complete visibility into your Jamf usage through our direct integration with Jamf.  Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Jamf instance will help you monitor Jamf users & usage and optimize the app licenses.

18. Fastly

You can get complete visibility into your Fastly users & usage through our direct integration with Fastly.

19. EZOfficeInventory

Integrating Zluri with EZOfficeInventory will give you visibility into your EZOfficeInventory instance, users, usage & licenses. 

20. BrowserStack

You can monitor BrowserStack users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with BrowserStack.

21. Plivo

You can monitor Plivo usage across your organization through our direct integration with Plivo.

22. Boomi

Wish to track & manage your organization’s Boomi users from Zluri Dashboard? Now you can connect Boomi to Zluri to get a complete view of the list of users & their activity on Boomi from our dashboard.

23. Answerbase

Integrating Zluri with Answerbase will give you visibility into your Answerbase instance, users, usage & licenses. 

24. Zeplin

Integrating Zluri with Zeplin will help you discover Zeplin users & usage from the Zluri dashboard.

25. GoToMeeting

Wondering how efficiently your team collaborates on GoToMeeting, Zluri now gives you the integration to enable you to get detailed usage statistics in its dashboard.

26. Prodpad

Integrating Prodpad with Zluri will help you manage your Prodpad users from the Zluri dashboard. You will be able to see how frequently they log in to the application, identify inactive users & optimize licenses.

27. Kanbanize

You can monitor Kanbanize users & usage across your organization through our direct integration with Kanbanize.

28. Sumo Logic

Zluri will help you know how much value you are getting from your Sumo Logic subscription through direct integration.

29. ShipStation

Authorizing Zluri to connect to your ShipStation instance will help you monitor ShipStation users and app usage and optimize the licenses.

30. Eventbrite

Our Eventbrite integration gives you visibility into the users of Eventbrite in your organization. Soon you will be able to view metrics about Bonusly usage too in the Zluri Dashboard.

31. Saasu

Now you can monitor Saasu users & usage through our app.

32. ServiceNow

With our ServiceNow integration, you can manage Servicenow users & usage right from the Zluri dashboard.

33. Trello

Zluri’s integration with Trello lets you manage & monitor your Trello users from the Zluri dashboard.

34. Insightly

Now you can get complete visibility into your Insightly usage through our direct integration with Insightly.  Authorizing Zluri to connect to your Insightly instance will help you monitor Insightly users and usage and optimize the app licenses.

35. Prosperworks/Copper CRM

Our Copper CRM integration gives you visibility into the users of Copper in your organization.
