Zluri Updates (May): SaaS Governance Insights, Procurement Admin Role, SaaS Owners

Every month we add a slew of new features to our platform to make SaaS Management super easy for you, and this month is no different. Let’s go through what we have brought this time.

SaaS Governance Insights

At Zluri, our aim is to help IT teams manage their SaaS stack better. And we have taken a big step towards that with our App Insights module. 

App Insights helps you improve SaaS governance by providing actionable cards on the overview of an application. You can add missing data, review changes, and stay on top of SaaS usage & spend trends to track your SaaS better. 

Every action you take adds to the SaaS Health score, and the higher the score, the better you are at managing your SaaS landscape. This also helps you improve data accuracy and increase the value you get from the product.

Workflow Overview

The workflow overview gives you a brief summary of your workflows & playbooks. You can see which workflows are running, which are recently edited, and which playbooks are most used. This makes it easier to edit & reuse a workflow.

Department Wise Chargeback

Zluri now gives you more control over SaaS spend distribution across departments. You have the option to do it based on licenses, active users, user activity (in the last 30 days,) or manually. This enables you to calculate department-wise chargeback and monitor the budgets.

Improved Automated Licenses Processing

Zluri features the most comprehensive licenses & contract modules among all SaaS Management Platforms. In addition, we have further improved our automated license processing of many applications like Atlassian Suite, Adobe, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD. 

This not only gives you accurate real-time data about your license utilization but also helps you in the optimization of unused & underused licenses.

Procurement Admin Role 

Now the procurement team can access Zluri to view & manage the contracts & subscriptions. You can add a user with the role ‘Procurement Admin,’ and they will have access to the overview screen & contract management modules.

Custom Reminders for Contracts

In addition to the automatic reminders that Zluri sends you before each payment date, contract renewal date, and end date, you can also set custom reminders for any event if you wish to. You will get to see all the reminder timelines in the contract overview screen. This ensures that you are informed about any event, and you never miss an upcoming renewal.

Alternate Owners for Applications

When discussing with our customers, we found that there are applications that are used by one team, managed by another, and paid for by another team? Now you can assign multiple owners to a single application to assign the responsibilities appropriately. 

In addition to the application owner, you can add an IT owner and a finance owner to each application.

Bulk Edit Licenses

Zluri fetches the licenses automatically from many applications and displays them. But if there are some licenses that you don't want to track, you can either delete them or archive them. 

You can also delete an entire contract. Note that deleting a contract will lead to the deletion of all the licenses in it.

Tags

Zluri has a standard set of categories to help you group applications and see the combined stats. Tags help you group applications into your own custom groups and track applications accordingly. You can also search and filter applications by tags.

Sign up With Invite Flow

Improving the platform’s security is a goal we constantly strive for. And to enhance that, we have added an invite code to the sign-up flow. This is to prevent fraudulent sign-ups and unauthorized access.

Pagination & Infinte Scroll

Now you have more options on how you wish to see the data by selecting a paginated view or a view with infinite scroll.

This month we have added 20 new apps to our ever-growing library of direct integrations.

With our integration with these applications, you will be able to get visibility into their usage, users and the value it brings to your organization
