We're thrilled to introduce the Zluri Product Spotlight Series!

Every month, we will highlight the newest updates to our features so you can get a sneak preview of what's new. We've been working hard to improve your experience by adding new features, and we're ecstatic to show you what we have in store.

Here are a few highlights of what's new in September:

• Application Compliances Report

We released the Application Compliance Report that provides complete visibility into applications' compliance status. You can now view compliance information like each app's name, status, links, and expiration dates.

This will streamline the customer experience by making compliance data, reports, and actions easier to navigate.

• Redesigned Overview Page

We've revamped the Overview page based on your feedback! The new widgets and graphs provide quick insights like:

• Managed Apps 

• Active Employees 

• Contract Renewals

• Actual Spend per Month 

• Average Spend per User 

This feature will help you keep track of critical data at a glance.

• Optimize Licenses With Request to Forego (Beta)

Paying for unused software licenses? Through the Request to Forego License feature, you can free up unused licenses by sending users a confirmation email about apps they may no longer need.

If the user confirms the license is expendable, a deprovisioning playbook can be automatically triggered to revoke access and reclaim the license. 

Pro Tip: You can configure notifications to be sent via Slack instead of email.

• Remove Admin Access via Zluri

While offboarding an employee, Zluri automatically detects if they have admin access to Zluri and enables you to remove this user via Workflows.

• New Directory Menu

Under the 'Directory Menu,' the left-sidebar menu now lists Users, Groups, Departments, and cost centers.’ This enhancement streamlines navigation and makes viewing data in one place easy.

New Integrations Added

We are excited to announce that 9 integrations have been released in September. Some of them are Jamf, Coupa, Adobe Creative Cloud, Brevo, Zoho Workdrive, Skeddly, Impact, Uptime & Preset.
